Ever heard of a ret count when referring to labs? Could it be retic count? Also, anyone know of any good websites for laboratory values? Thanks!

My report is on a person diagnosed with bacterial endocarditis, with progressive respiratory failure, pneumomediastinum and 103F temperature. an x-ray showed air under the high diaphragm. the white count was elevated to 18,200 from which 50% were (s/l) run. Am I hearing correct? Also, an EGD showed several s/l "oon takes" in the stomach. If you can help me I would appreciate it. Thanks
