NP states pupils are 2 to 1 bilaterally.  What is the correct way to type this?  Is it spelled out or 2:1, or 2/1?  Thanks! 


It is Adie pupil (sm)

as in Adie tonic pupil.  I would suggest you consider investing in Stedman's Word books.  It is the first listing in their Ophthalmology book under 'pupil.'
