MRI of the left elbow shows severe degeneration and an S/L-intrasubstance-) partial tear of the extensor carpi radialis brevis, as well as degeneration of the extensor carpi radialis longus tendon. There is also swelling and (s/l-hypertensity-) of the ulnar nerve within the cubital tunnel.
