DIAGNOSIS: Right sural nerve entrapment, peroneal tendinitis and ankle laxity.

STATUS: Post surgery on 11/24/08 consisting of a left peroneal tendon debridement at brostoms, a sural nerve excision and burial and also tenodesis of peroneal tendons.
