My doc is confusing me ( what else is new?). He is evaluating pulmonary nodules and lymphadenopathy in his patient. First he says "Hilar mediastinal lymphadenopathy" then says "he is being followed for hilar/mediastinal (actually says "slash" there) lymphadenopathy" then he says "there is a slight increase of the hilar or mediastinal lymphadenopathy" All of these he says clearly and I have no idea if it's AND, OR, / or WHAT. I have done quite a bit of research on this particular word as of late and it is mediastinal retrocrural lymphadenopathy. Type in the whole phrase and I know you will find it as I did. There is no such term as retrocrural adenopathy.
