Subject: What kind of test???
It sounds like the doc is saying "heel" test.
Sentence: The patient questions whether she needs to have a bone density test done. She did have a _________ test done, which was apparently normal, but her last formal bone density test was done in 2002.
I tried googling "heel" tests or "heal" tests and everything in between. Any ideas?

Just wanted to let you know that my oncology book does have hypocoagulable as a word and every place probably has their own terminology for things, bleeding studies, coagulopathy workup, etc. etc. Let us know how it turns out if you find out...
