It's probably simply 'vertebral' or possibly 'vertebral height' - can't think of anything else that would work here and sound like "mediumphyge"

One possibility is that he is saying extended length of flight
Another possibility is that he is saying extended legs of flight. That is a word that is used to describe a portion of a journey, like the last leg of the trip, etc. So he could mean an extended portion of a journey during which she will be flying.

I hope I don't end up looking like a fool for posting this, but....
I have done more of this docs files that ANYONE elses... and I have never heard her say this before... "one q. day to p.a.p." she says it twice on two different meds. She is always VERY easy to understand. It's definitely not b.i.d. or t.i.d. Does p.a.p. or t.a.p. exist? I have googled all over the place and even had another MT listen to the file. (please don't rake me over the coals... I'm a newbie - haha)
Help? Please? Thank you.
