Subject: porphyric something or other....

A neurologist is dictating this report, and he says:

His urine, 24 hours, for uroporphyrin was elevated at 32.6, upper limits of normal being 29.5; heptacarboxyporphyrin was 7.8, upper limits of normal being 6.8; coporphyrins were 190, upper limits of normal being 155; total porphyrins were 239, upper limits of normal being 190.  These findings were consistent with s/l porphyric cutanea tarta.
