I could not find more about polyephaly or -cephaly regarding the knee.
I only found polydactyly which means having an additional finger or toe.

Thank you for the help. It's actually a sentence within an x-ray finding of the knee. So I think polycephaly is out, but hey I could be wrong. What do you think?
