Subject: Chest pain, r/o, percent in my view?

I KNOW I'm not a doc, but this just isn't making sense to me. Is the doc REALLY saying "Chest pain, ruled out, negative percent in my view"? I'm thinking the 'percent in my view' is really some kind of procedure?

TIA for your help.

It's pleuritic. As relating to pleurisy (an inflammation of the lining of the chest wall). I had it, and it's not fun. Don't wear tight pants or girdles to try to avoid it (it was common in the victorian age due to the wearing of corsets.)
