He has finished his latest schedule for compression.  He feels it was easy to do and the struts are loose.  This is 10 mm of compression.  He was distracted a fair amount, and it is not unreasonable that he would not have a lot of resistence at this point.


 PHYSICAL EXAMINATION:  The patient is neurovascularly intact and he has some swelling around the most proximal to (s/l-distal halfing cluster-). There is some symmetric swelling of the entire leg.  This is sort of minimal and pretty typical for this procedure.
