There is a s/l grass or glass sensation to light touch on the anterior and anteromedial aspect of the right thigh from the suprapatellar region to the proximal thigh region.

Don't know if it should be 5 points of sensation, 5-point sensation, or if it's simply 5.0 sensation. Is anyone aware of how to type this?
