misleading and inaccurate Google is. This definition is for acute PYELONEPHRITIS. You will not find "polynephritis" in any Stedman's or Dorland's reference. APN is the abbreviation for "acute pyelonephritis."

Poly means many. nephritis is inflammation of kidney.

BTW, it's Harmonic Scalpel (brand name).

Golfball dressing might be okay as is (the shape they need to wad it up against the surgical area to provide pressure). pdqtrans provided the correct answers to your clamps.
