In the physical exam the doctor is saying "imperforate anus, only single opening at the" what sounds like cranium "which is the vaginal opening" I have found a lot of web sites, but nothing that says the cranium as being an opening. For the migraine headaches, the patient is going to continue on the Elavil 50 mg. However she was concerned about breast feeding. The information available does show that it does cross into the breast milk, however in very small doses. Pediatric calcification is that there is potential toxicity.
Last sentence is what ASR spit out, problem is that is what it sounds like, and I'm flummoxed!!!! Help!

I have started her on Colestid 1 gram b.i.d. incase she has s/l cholerrheic diarrhea, related to her cholecystectomy.
I am just verifying the spelling of cholerrheic ..... I could swear that it's spelled with only one "r" but the doc spells it out with two. HELP!
