dr. says tumor was a "pathologic PT1ANTNXPMX"- should there be spaces in here anywhere? is there a web site that would help for this? this does not come up very often for me but would be nice to know how to write it when it does. thanks in advance.

Grading HELP!

Anyone out there right now? I've looked in my edition of stedman's radiology/onco and cannot find answer. I see what is on net but not trusting. I believe AAMT or whatever it is now says use staging as roman numerals and grading as arabic????
Doc keeps telling me to do opposite when grading Elston. Thanks bunches, C
