There is tenderness and crepitus with patellofemoral compression and "s/l entrapment" recreating symptoms.
Is entrapment ok here? He wasn't very clear.

He/she is referring to the diaphragmatic immpression (also called the diaphragmatic indentation) where the diaphragm *indents* the esophagus, or in the case of someone with a hiatal hernia, the stomach.
