with sound likes, it could be anything. My best guesses would be: Amiodarone (Heart conditions) or
Imuran (Musculoskeletal Disorders > Arthritis/rheumatic disorders. But then again, who ever knows..so many dialects, it's beyond ridiculous!
I gave up accepting ESL accounts over a decade ago. I believe I earned it...just celebrating (ah..for lack of better word) my 25th year MTing.
Good Luck.
Dealing with ESL dictation
Subject: Dealing with ESL dictation
Just looking for some advice on dealing with a heavy load of ESL dictators, all different accents. I've been an MT for 10 years and haven't dealt with quite this many before. I'm not the leave a blank type of gal, so I'm wondering if there's a secret.

Baker's cyst

A Baker's cyst, otherwise known as a popliteal cyst, is a benign swelling found behind the knee joint. It is named after the surgeon who first described it, Dr. William Morrant Baker (1839-1896).
There is a trend toward reducing the number of punctuation marks (which I personally think is promoting the illiteracy which is already rampant in this country), but in more than 20 years as a rad MT and a rad tech, I have never heard anything except Baker's cyst.
