Today has revealed 20/20 in both eyes. Anterior segment examination was completely normal. Dilated fundus examination has revealed a presence of a small ____| QA MARKER: 44#1:Medical Word |____in the hemorrhage superior to the optic nerve head in the right eye. The rest of the ocular examination including optic nerve, macular and retinal periphery appear to be within normal limits. Confrontation visual fields were normal today. ____| QA MARKER: 59#3:Medical Word |____grade was also found to be normal today.
