The prophylactic antibiotic that I probably would give her would be something to avoid Pneumocystis corinii "Gerovecki infection" or "Jerovecki infection."

She states in history: He has been trying with "gin-ga-va-let" (medication) I tried to fit Gifulvin in there, but that's not it.
Also, later she states: We will try wtih S/L *fungal pincher* and then follow up in six weeks.

Okay, I've googled and looked around and there seems to be differing opinions about this.
Is it Gamma nail or gamma nail? Seen in both ways. I've been using Gamma nail because I'm thinking that it is a product that Stryker makes and I've seen in capitalized on their website, but other places...not.
