The patient is a 33-year-old white male with relapse acute myelocytic leukemia, second relapse, who was admitted this hospitalization for reinduction, remission, combination chemotherapy. On admission, gated heart scan (soundslike) was obtained which showed ejection fraction of 62%, this was basically normal. The chest x-ray on admission was unremarkable.
