He brought a CT from an outside hospital which showed a cross fused renal ectopic system, heterotopic in origin. There were bilateral renal calculi and an obstructing right modi renal pelvic stone which was likely accouting for his symptoms.

Ms. L was a 28 year old woman who had a PAP smear that was unsatisfactory for evaluation. A 2002 PAP smear did not show evidence of malignancy.
Her current problems were that of high risk pregnancy, maternal diabetes, Bell’s Palsy, antepartum tobacco abuse, history of premature livery registrant and noncompliance with treatment plan.
