    then it sounds like fingers are in touch, capillary refill is brisk. This is an ER note, speed talker, wrist laceration.  I am wondering if it is something to do with light touch rather than fingers. It is definitely touch not intact.  TIA

    He does have full flexion and extension of the knee with patellofemoral crepitance noted throughout the s/l arch range of motion.

    We need to really push to get to 90 degrees.  I will give her two more weeks.  I have ordered an in range of motion instruments machine. 


    Anyone heard of this?  I can't find it on Google anywhere.  I only find a "range of motion instrument for the spine."  Thanks!!

    I have listened over and over. I know the term nuclear sclerotic, but he s/l he is saying decreased. Thanks for the help.

    The OP had used Google and found instances of both words being used. Sounds more like the OP was looking for some help with the proper usage of the word in the context of a report. I don't see why she (or he) caught any grief for asking for opinions on the proper term to use.
