the OP stated they were CHANGING the pack...so I assumed this was a followup procedure, not the original incision and drainage but a secondary irrigation and debridement with pack CHANGE...that's why I didn't think incision and drainage fit here...guess the point is that I&D isn't specific enough and we have to guess :)
