Actually according to Stedmans if dictated -- non-STEMI = non-ST segment myocardial infarction ....

and if dictated NSTEMI = non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction.
It would be STEMI in hpi and spell it out in diagnoses (unless client profile states otherwise)
