Patient with CLL and doc is reading off bone marrow aspiration results:


 


29% erythrocytes, 6% promyelocytes, 8% myelocytes, 11% metamyelocytes, 7% band forms, 14% segmetric neutrophils


 


Segmetric neutrophils?  Sigmetric?  I can't find anything.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.
