I wish I could say I hear either of those...he is an excellent dictator and he says it very clearly and doesn't miss a beat when he says it -- he pronounces it "beeoni" -- and says it like it's something he says all the time--except he doesn't!

I hope I don't end up looking like a fool for posting this, but....
I have done more of this docs files that ANYONE elses... and I have never heard her say this before... "one q. day to p.a.p." she says it twice on two different meds. She is always VERY easy to understand. It's definitely not b.i.d. or t.i.d. Does p.a.p. or t.a.p. exist? I have googled all over the place and even had another MT listen to the file. (please don't rake me over the coals... I'm a newbie - haha)
Help? Please? Thank you.

Help with term used in OB/GYN report
Subject: Help with term used in OB/GYN report
This is from a laparoscopically assisted total vaginal hysterectomy with right salpingo-oophorectomy:
The procedure was commenced on the patient’s left side, where the tripolar forceps were used to cauterize and cut the tube proximally. The uteroovarian ligament was then clamped with the tripolar and then cut once it had been completely desiccated. The broad ligament was then taken serially in the same manner. The round ligament was taken down. Ocupuration was used to create a bladder flap, which was then taken across the midline with Metzenbaum laparoscopic scissors.
I've checked my Stedman's OB/GYN, but I do not find my answer there and can't seem to find it googling either. Anyone have any ideas?
