Usually, the physicians just say "urates." I am a bit puzzled about the "am" part. The only thing I can think of is possibly the dictator is making up a word for amorphous urates?

- Pulmicort inhaler 1 inhalation daily.
- (s/l Byvactive) calcium supplements 3 times a day.
- Vitamin D 500 units one daily.
- Multivitamin daily.
Could not find Byvactive anywhere.

I would only be guessing on the second one. Cardiac markers would make sense to me, but that is too different from your sounds like. Someone else will need to help with second one.
