• Patient has blastomycosis and is treated with s/l - a-nitra-tazole. That's how he pronounces it.

  • ketoconazole - MT50
    • "Blastomycosis must be treated or it will gradually lead to death. Treatment with the fungicidal - MT50
  • itraconazole? - ltt
  • At end of report he says it's an antifungal antibiotic. - Any help appreciated - thanks. nm
