Pt with aortoiliac bypass with inferior mesenteric artery reimplantation. Using the s/l Kirel patch

and a 6.0 Prolene suture, the IMA was reimplanted into the side of the graft. Doc dictating in "speaker phone, I'm in a cave mode." It sounds like either Kirel, Carroll, CureAll patch. Help!!!!
