bowel obstruction, had exploratory laparotomy with adhesiolysis and enterotomy of small-bowel decompression. For meds-He also had difficulty with blood pressure control, but did obtain some reasonable semblance of control on clonidine 0.6 mg patches as well as some supplemental IV hydralazine. switched to IV Solu-Cortif since he had been on 5 mg of Prednisone orally for his spondylitis. He was initially started on s/l Clivicten on the 3rd postoperative day, but this had to be stopped. Reglan was added to his regimen. Cannot find what this drug would be. Sorry so long

X-rays show patellofemoral arthritis on the right and to a lesser degree s/l mean/main joint osteoarthritis, more on the medial side than the lateral side.

- Pulmicort inhaler 1 inhalation daily.
- (s/l Byvactive) calcium supplements 3 times a day.
- Vitamin D 500 units one daily.
- Multivitamin daily.
Could not find Byvactive anywhere.

I would only be guessing on the second one. Cardiac markers would make sense to me, but that is too different from your sounds like. Someone else will need to help with second one.

Please tell me that the correct plural form of osteoarthritis is osteoarthritides when it is plural, as in bilateral or multiple joints. I just got deducted for this, yet everywhere else I have worked (including on this account that just marked me wrong but for the last 20 months did not) does say it is osteoarthritides. In fact, this company marked me wrong before when I did not make it plural a long time ago. I just cannot win. Last time it was typing "is" instead of "was" when the dictator kept changing tenses throughout the report, as in "The abdomen is soft and nontender. There was a well-healed scar in the suprapubic region." This should all be one tense, correct? I am supposed to be transcribing according to the AAMT BOS.
