Patient with myasthenia gravis and recent atrial fibrillation.
CURRENT MEDICATIONS: Include Mestinon 60 mg 5 tablets daily, amiodarone 100 mg daily, Norvasc 2.5 mg daily, Advair 2 puffs twice daily, Ecotrin 81 mg 3 times a week, Oscal with D 500 mg 3 tablets daily, Centrum Silver daily, albuterol p.r.n., vitamin B12 injection monthly, Singulair 10 mg daily, Boniva 1 tablet monthly, Plavix 75 mg daily, bumetanide 0.5 mg daily, Imuran 50 mg t.i.d., Lyrica 50 mg t.i.d., Epetrol PM?? 4 times a day, prednisone 10 mg daily.
