 Doing an OR, which is not my expertise. The doctor is saying something that sounds like hemostasis was secured by electrocautery and s/l rithers??
 
 Also he is saying something like sterile dressing applied in s/l indusive manner?

 Only one mastectomy is being performed each on the right and left side.  The same thing for bilateral tubal ligation, you would not put bilateral tubal ligations.  If a person had four breasts and two were being removed from each side, then it would be bilateral mastectomies!
