probably be a better way to put it. Maybe this doc made up a word. It happens sometimes like perimenstrually, for example, I can't find it anywhere, but it is used in some of my daily work. I'm probably not much help, sorry.

It's fine the way you have it. I've just always hear "lysis of adhesions" or "adhesiolysis."
