It's an ESL Dr. He says: Hepatic cirrosis for s/l bloats we will wait for both visits from Oncology/Hematology and Internal Medicine/Gastroenterlogy specialists. "Bloats" doesn't make sense, but I can't think of what it could be.

Is this a nephrology or urology patient? Or even a GI patient?
When you have gallbladder problems, liver problems, etc., the stools are usually a different color. They can be clay colored, black, tarry, yellow, green like baby stools, etc. So biliary colic stools could be right.

That does not make sense. Are you sure you are hearing Stool - that might be what is throwing you off, try listening for sludge or something else.
