On x-ray ... slightly elongated second and third metatarsals, left foot with uneven ____ s/l pravilla or pravula or prabula. Avulsion fracture noted.

Right ankle lateral malleolus fracture

A large fragment s/l with skins constituted the entire lateral malleolus. Does this sound right? The with skins constituted doesn't seem to sound right to me. Any ideas?
