Subject: lancet
"lancets" are the tiny needles used to give insulin. I don't know the context. Otherwise it could be Lantus insulin, a brand name for the actual drug.

patient with CHF, shortness of breath, anemia, benign neoplasm of the large bowel, proliferative diabetic retinopathy, diabetes mellitus, myopia, osteoarthritis, senile nuclear cataract, hypertension.
I have come across this med before but haven't been able to figure it out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
