lab value

Subject: lab value

Discharge summary:  In a long string of lab values, blood glucose is dictated plainly as one-point-three-three (1.33).  The dictator does not say mg/dl and I know there is another way to report glucose (mmol/L), but would this value make sense even in mmol/L?  My references tell me 4 mmol/L would be the low range of normal.  The patient has type 2 diabetes and is on oral medication, but the hospital course narrative said there were no active issues with his diabetes during the hospital stay.  (Can you tell--It's been a long day).  TIA
