It sounds like bouillon and I know that is not correct...any help would be appreciated.
Gamma knife
I'm taking a poll. I typed Gamma knife in an op report. I looked it up in Tessier The Surgical Word Book to confirm that the G is capitalized, which it was when used with knife. I had numerous 'typo' QAs and it was changed to gamma knife.

Sinus surgery (septoplasty, inferior turbinate reduction), routine stuff. Sounds like "Bolinger frittle knife" - I swear. Going a mile a minute, even at the slowest speed.
