There is some mild vague discomfort about the medial joint line, again more pronounced on the right than the left but it is not truly provocative ___ meniscal in nature.
At the blank, he just doesn't say anything. What should go in there? A comma maybe? or maybe the word "of"??

It is EVERT, not AVERT, right? I have always typed it with an E but I have a PA who keeps insisting it is A. I always thought Avert applied to gaze, as if to look away. Just want to make sure everting the eyelid is the right term. TIA.

Okay, this in part goes with the other question I posted. This is an ESL doctor whom I've done MANY times. I never have this trouble with him and this is just a regular old knee x-ray, not an MRI like he usually does. Please help. The patienth as a tibial plateau fracture. He is saying:
"Limited s/l PAR-BOW interoperative 3 view study of the left knee was obtained and submitted for interpretation. Limited s/l PAR-BOW interoperative examination shows the presence of radiopaque s/l DEE-KNEE-AH surgical device overlying the tibial plateau on the AP and lateral views."
