keratosis with ? colors?

Subject: keratosis with ? colors?

The skin around the temple area shows small light brown hyperkeratotic lesions which appear to be seborrheic keratosis.  Similar lesions noted over the entire back with (s/l debriding colors) 


ASSESSMENT: 1) B12 deficiency.  2) Seborrheic keratosis face and back.

I should know this but I am not sure with the information - have seen actinic keratosis as AK

I looked up all of the types of keratoses and only found seborrheic, actinic, solar, and pilaris.

This doctor sounds like she is saying "Likenoid" or "Likanide". I'm not finding anything in my references. Any ideas?
