The patient is status post excision of keloids from the bilateral ear. On physical exam, there is no evidence of s/l meta-car-se of the keloid.


This doc is short and sweet with his reports, this is all the info I have for this. He also talks fast and has an accent  so I am just lost here. Thank you

I've got one that says "debrideMONT" instead of debridement.  Sometimes they  just like to sound all fancy dancy, I swear.

I believe either word is acceptable, but 'keloid' is the more common spelling.
