He went on to say that the patient was here to have a TURP to remove all this inflamed tissue....which makes me think I'm on the right track with mogul (a small hard mound or bump on a ski slope)....and I think cystica is the last word. I really think he's saying mogul of prostatic cystica all over his prostate, but I can't document prostatic cystica (and he says it as if it's all one word - prostaticystica).

PROCEDURE NOTE: The patient was prepped in sterile fashion with Betadine. He was given 1 cc of 2% Lidocaine without epinephrine for anesthesia. A sterile glove and prep was used throughout.
