There are 2 spellings for distention, but the medical references say spell it as above, not the alternate spelling - distension. I see that a lot of MTs have not noticed that one, either.

I work for vascular surgeons and I've never heard of any veins in the legs that even sound like jugular veins.
Please tell me there are no jugular veins in the lungs. Did this doctor go med school?
Jugular veins end at bottom of the neck to subclavian veins, so how in the heck are there jugular veins in the lungs? He has to be in the neck!!!
