A lot of what you have there sounds good - try listening again, this thing about the wheels and anesthetic there must be a comma in there somewhere. The drape I completely don't know.

They don't always say things exactly right, but that's close enough to know what the dictator meant IMO. It is certainly common to be allergic to a group of antibiotics like that.
