Medications include Tenex 1 mg p.o. at bedtime, Lasix's 20 mg p.o. daily, Clinoril 200 mg t.o.b.i.d., Colace 100 mg p.o. b.i.d., Nitro patch 5 mg topically every 24 hrs. Nitroglycerin 0.4 mg sublingually p.r.n. for chest pain.
Okay the t.o.b.i.d is throwing me off. Also does the rest look acceptable?
