Is this patient on a vent?

I am not sure if he stumbles or if he actually says track trauma.  The entire line is ...No track trauma.

The patient has hamstring pain from injuring himself playing a baseball.

The patient had head trauma and a few months later was found to have a s/l flabomorphit adenoma.

This is an Asian dictator who is very difficult to understand.  Any help would be appreciated.

Focused Assessment with Sonography for Trauma (FAST) is a limited ultrasound examination directed solely at identifying the presence of free intraperitoneal or pericardial fluid. In the context of traumatic injury, free fluid is usually due to haemorrhage and contributes to the assessment of the circulation.

She is tender over the second and third chondrosternal junction on the left, other areas are not tender.  _______________ sign is negative.  She knows of no injury to her ribs.

s/l barrel hoop sign?

Doc states that her plain x-rays demonstrate a "barrel cup" ?? deformity of her shoulder?   She has Freeman-Sheldon Syndrome and had fusion for kyphoscoliosis.
