He says the word twice..


Prior to intubation she complained of right upper quadrant pain and an ultrasound revealed an ("instemadus") gallbladder with air in the biliary tree. No biliary ductal dilatation was noted and no stones were noted.


and again in this sentence


The right subcostal incision was fashioned. The abdomen was entered. The gallbladder was noted to be ("instemadus") and edematous. The gallbladder was removed by sharp dissection using cautery.


at first i was thinking it could be

but I clearly hear the S   infestemadous!? even? grr.. Any help I'd appreciate!! Thanks!
