I think fragile X is correct and I figured out inborn errors. Only ? cadeotype - don't know if cardio sounds right

I looked up a couple of words after I posted for my own benefit (bet you're dying to know which ones they are!). There were some errors not addressed that concerned me greatly from a hospital's point of view as they would be errors as judged by Joint Comm.
To be helpful, an excellent resource for a newbie is a book called "A Syllabus for the Surgeon's Secretary" which was one of the very first resources in print other than a medical dictionary. Many of the questions asked today could have been found there with little effort. It is an expensive book but well worth every scint (ha!).
