Hi - I'm working on some psych reports and I cannot understand a word that seems to come up in every one of her reports. It sounds like she is saying hemotolimisis. The context is as follows: ...denies any history of pneumonia, hepatitis, rheumatic fever, sexually transmitted diseases, hematolimisis (?), melana...
Cognitively, she tends to construe events and relationships in a rather socially s/l *authotic* manner in regards to being rather disdainful of tradition, ideas, rules, and conventional values. bow (as in bend at the waist) or bow (as in bow tie)? If it's the latter, could he be saying "low" phosphorus was 1.7 (normal serum phosphate levels values being 2.5 to 4.5). How about a diagnosis?
