The context is as follows: ...denies any history of pneumonia, hepatitis, rheumatic fever, sexually transmitted diseases, hematolimisis (?), melana...

Anyone have any ideas what the word should be??

The conservative means of therapy in this case would be orthotic devices with a deep s/l-rale- for the lesser metatarsal heads and support of the metatarsal necks.
