In the patient's HEENT exam, it says patient has slight redness along the (S/L umbral or umbra) on the left and negative on the right.

Her pupils are equal and reactive to light and accommodation.  She does not have any thyromegaly or neck lymphadenopathy.  Nasal, she does not have any boggy or erythematous nasal turbinates.  She does not have any "acopalus stoning".  Yess....this is an ESL :)

Patient is 3 months old. At birth he was intubated and given s/l Surfaxin x1 and s/l ah-nee-que. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

The lesions do not appear to have a complete s/l on two desob connection, but appear in this general distribution.

We initially saw this young man with an episode of **sid-nims-corrhea** in 2003. There is nothing else to help me figure this out, and I have tried multiple spellings. He is a very clear doctor most of the time, but I am totally stumped. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

As you know, we have been following Christopher with a diagnosis of velocardiofacial syndrome associated with a cardiovascular manifestation of s/l trichocypireosis type 1.

He is a now an 11-year-old boy who underwent surgical repair of a S/L (perimanasty primamanclast) mitral valve.

I'm not sure what the med is for, but child has PFAPA syndrome. On my s/l, I hear the end better than the beginning, hence the two different beginnings.

Left TM is still slightly red.  There is no drainage or discharge present in the canal.  No crusting.  No pain of the pinna or __tagus__. 

The HEENT exam is positive for tenderness on tapping around the right eye, and there is definite tympanic membrane retraction noted bilaterally, with prominence of the s/l inca and stabies on this exam.
